The Debenture Committee enacts:

 

1. Bylaw No. 2012-69 to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $250,000,000.00 for capital works of The Regional Municipality of York

 

 

2          UPDATE � COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

No additional matters were considered by the Debenture Committee.

 

 

 

The Debenture Committee adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
