The Debenture Committee enacts:

 

1. Bylaw No. 2013-31 to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $100,000,000.00 for capital

works of The Regional Municipality of York.

 

 

2          BYLAW NO. 2013-32

 

The Debenture Committee enacts:

 

1. Bylaw No. 2013-32 to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $150,000,000.00 for capital

works of The Regional Municipality of York.

 

 

3          UPDATE � COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

No additional matters were considered by the Debenture Committee.

 

 

 

The Debenture Committee adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
