The Debenture Committee began its meeting at 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2011.

2  UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

The Debenture Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Debenture Committee with the following action:

 

OTHER BUSINESS

1. Ed Hankins reported that there will be an update to Council concerning the debenture approved today, and will provide an update on the new regulations and the remaining conditions to be met by the Region by year-end.

2. A second meeting of the Regional Debenture Committee will be arranged sometime during the first two weeks of July 2011.

 

The Debenture Committee adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
