2 UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS
The Audit Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Audit Committee with the following action:
ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR
1. Regional Councillor Van Bynen was elected Chair and Regional Councillor O'Donnell was elected Vice Chair of the Audit Committee for 2006.
The Audit Committee adjourned at 10:03 a.m.
