1. Michelle Herder, Program Manager, Corporate Customer Service Strategy, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, regarding "Update: AODA Customer Service Regulation". Received.
2. Denise Kosmidis, Corporate Learning Specialist, Human Resources Services (Corporate Learning), Corporate Services Department, regarding "Just Ask Corporate Training Level 3 Training Evaluation". Received.

5. Cordelia Abankwa-Harris, Managing Director, Strategic Service Integration and Policy, provided an update on the AODA.
6. Lois Davies, Acting Senior Program Manager, ODA, circulated and reviewed the draft York Region Accessibility Advisory Committee Brochure.
Committee members provided comments to Lois. Members may send further comments to Lois by Wednesday, October 1, 2008.
7. Chair Wheeler and the members of the Community Advisory Board congratulated and recognized Trish Robichaud on the receipt of two recent awards: the Social and Enterprise Development Innovations Award for 'Success in Self-Employment' and the Georgina Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award.
The Accessibility Advisory Committee adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
