Lane reductions due to emergency road repairs on Major MacKenzie Drive in City of Vaughan

Lane reductions in effect for tonight and Tuesday morning and afternoon rush hours
NEWMARKET - Lane reductions are in effect on Major MacKenzie Drive just east of Keele Street in the City of Vaughan due to emergency road repairs. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will remain open during construction activity.
 
The repairs will affect traffic throughout the rush hour period tonight as well as tomorrow morning and afternoon.
 
Motorists are advised to exercise caution through the construction area and are encouraged to use Rutherford Road to the south as an alternate route.
