The Regional Municipality of York to kick off 2011 staff United Way Campaign


Campaign goal to be unveiled at launch event
NEWMARKET – The Regional Municipality of York and York Regional Police will unveil our United Way of York Region staff campaign goal for 2011 during a ceremony to be held Tuesday, September 13, in the Great Hall of the York Region Administrative Centre.

A staff fundraising BBQ in front of the Administrative Centre will follow the ceremony.
 
In 2010, York Region employees raised more than $320,000 towards the United Way of York Region to help families, seniors and children in need.
