York Region continues series on global market opportunities with focus on the Middle East


NEWMARKET  The Regional Municipality of York is holding its third seminar in the "Diversification: Striving for Export Opportunities in Foreign Markets" series aimed at assisting companies with their exporting efforts.    


On September 22nd, learn about the Middle East, a cash rich and important marketplace. It is estimated that there is well over 30 billion USD of activity in the infrastructure/construction sectors.  There are opportunities for Canadian companies in the engineering, architectural, traffic management, construction, building supplies, education and medical sectors.


Sponsored by TD Commercial Banking, the seminar will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Richmond Hill Country Club, located at 8905 Bathurst Street (near Hwy 7) in Richmond Hill.  The final seminar in the series will be on Latin American Opportunities scheduled for November 17th.
