York Region continues series on global market opportunities with focus on Asia-Pacific
NEWMARKET – The Regional Municipality of York is holding its second seminar in the “Diversification: Striving for Export Opportunities in Foreign Markets” series aimed at assisting companies with their exporting efforts.
On June 3rd, learn about Asia-Pacific, the new consumer market. More than 60% of the world’s population live in the Asia-Pacific region, an area whose countries include the work’s second largest economy (Japan) and the first and second largest population (China and India).
Sponsored by TD Commercial Banking, the seminar will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Richmond Hill Country Club, located at 8905 Bathurst Street (near Hwy 7) in Richmond Hill. Other seminars include Middle East Opportunities on September 22nd and Latin American Opportunities on November 17th.
